    Transparency is so important to reducing accidents. Employers can submit injury data without names. I worked for a fortune 500 company that consistently under reported accidents. I reported internal fraud on this very issue. I didn’t go well. Less accidents, bigger safety bonus and fostered internal fraud including payroll.
