The latest in a long string of lawsuits against Yamaha claiming design flaws in its Rhino off-r0ad vehicles was filed Wednesday in Tennessee. The plaintiffs are the families of two young girls who were killed when the Rhino they were riding flipped over in 2008.

Yamaha sold more than 150,000 Rhinos in the first 15 months after its 2003 introduction. By 2009, however, more than 440 wrongful death and personal injury claims were pending against the company, FairWarning’s Myron Levin reported last year in CBS News.
