“Transformers” Still in Action After Horrific Accident

State investigators in Indiana have cleared producers of the upcoming action film “Transformers 3″ of any wrongdoing after a serious accident left an aspiring actress brain-damaged and paralyzed, according to the Chicago-Sun Times.

But a lawsuit has been filed in the wake of the incident last month, in which a cable welded to a stunt car snapped, flying through the air then crashing through a windshield and slicing open the skull of 24-year-old Gabriella Cedillo. Cedillo, an extra in the film, was driving on the set in her own vehicle at the time. She was taken from Hammond, Ind., where filming was taking place, to a hospital in the Chicago suburb of Maywood.

Marc Lotter, a spokesman for the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration, said the agency believed the accident occurred because the weld connecting the stunt car to a tow cable failed. The weld was made by a certified welder.

“All necessary safety precautions were in place,” Lotter said. “Thus no citations or fines will be issued. This was an unfortunate and unforeseeable accident.”

Cedillo’s family, however, has sued Paramount Pictures and metal distributor Ryerson Inc., claiming negligence.

“To have people driving their vehicles in close proximity to stunts that are occurring as violently as these were, I think that’s unusual.  I think it’s careless. I think it’s negligent,” said the family’s attorney, Todd A. Smith, of Power Rogers & Smith, according to NBC Chicago.

Transformers 3″ will be the third in a series of films about dueling factions of alien robots who disguise themselves by transforming into vehicles, animals and weapons.

Earlier this week, another accident occurred on set in Washington, D.C. A police officer unaware of filming collided with a stunt car while driving to an emergency.

No one was seriously injured in that crash.

I think the autobots better find a good lawyer and sue the pants off of the D.C. Police Dept. Bumblebee and the gang are trying to save the world from the likes of the Decepticons and we have retard cops who can’t co-ordinate with eachother, unless that SUV was a Decepticon!!! R.I.P. Bumblebee.

P.S. I read somewhere that they are adding the crash into the script, which tells me that they are going to make that cop car a new Decepticon, Or it could be an upgraded version of Barricade! Who knows, it’s fun to speculate. Until next time… Autobots!! Roll out!!

It will be up and running as soon as possible. They have a lot of money and it is a disaster but can be revived
