My parents recently purchased a 2011 Avalon and have had a problem with mice finding their way into the car’s interior–dash area. Unfortunately, one or more have died there, resulting in a foul smell. They have had no success getting the dealership to take any action to address the problem. Have other Avalon owners reported similar rodent problems?

I have an 07 Avalon, and this is the second time I have had to get them out of my cabin air filter. They were little babies who died, Needless to say it takes a while to get the odor out.
