1.2 Million Graco High Chairs Recalled for Fall Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall on 1.2 million high chairs made by Graco Children’s Products Inc. The company’s Harmony High Chairs were called not safe for use because the screws holding the front legs in place have loosened in hundreds of reported cases, leading to 24 injuries.

This is the Atlanta-based company’s second major recall this year. In January, 1.5 million Graco strollers were recalled, the largest recall in U.S. history, according to the Christian Science Monitor.

Here’s the CPSC recall announcement.
